CrossGrid

The CrossGrid project is oriented towards compute- and data-intensive applications that are characterized by the interaction with a person in a processing loop. Such applications require a response from the Grid to an action by a human agent in different time scales.

GRACE has been considering the adoption/integration of CrossGrid  tools into its framework: the basic grid middleware of  CrossGrid (Globus 2.x) is the  same as the middleware of GRACE, so the usage of the GridBench and Migrating Desktop  tools may be feasible in the perspective of enhancing  GRACE Toolkit functionalities.
